{Cabin 3} was renovated in the Spring/Summer of 2018. It is now a charming 1-story, loft bedroom, 1 full bath cabin with the following features:

* Rate based on 2 person capacity.  Addt’l Guests require $30 per person

• Loft bedroom has 1 queen bed

• A relaxing screened in porch with views of Otter Creek

• Dining area, living room, and full-service kitchen equipped w/ a Keurig, dinnerware, appliances & cooking utensils

• Linens and towels are supplied for each guest

• This cozy cabin is heated with a propane fireplace

• Gas grill for outdoor cooking

• Propane Fire Pit on Private Screened Porch

• Towels and Linens are provided

• $100 cleaning fee per stay

• Smoking is allowed on the porch only and is not permitted in the cabins

• Pets Welcome ~ $100 Non-Refundable Flat Pet Fee
