THE HOMESTEAD CABIN

The Homestead cabin was built circa 1940. The Homestead has been refurbished and modernized yet maintains its original authentic rustic charm. The Homestead is a beautiful 2-story, three-bedroom, 1 full bath cabin with a large wrap around porch and a fully screened in back porch with access to your own private fire-pit and grilling area. Wi fi is included.  

• Downstairs bedroom: 1 queen bed

• 2 upstairs bedrooms: each has a full-size bed & 2 twin beds.

• Covered wrap around porches w/ a view of Otter Creek 

• Dining area, living room & full-service kitchen equipped w/ a Keurig, dinnerware, appliances & cooking utensils

• Cabin is heated using a furnace & wood-fired stove (wood for the stove is included). 

• Gas grill & charcoal grill available for outdoor cooking (don’t forget your charcoal) 

• Your own Fire pit area with wrap around bench seating (firewood for the fire pit is available for $25 a stack)

• Towels and Linens are provided

• On-site swimming hole with a dock at our waterfalls

• $135 cleaning fee per stay

• Smoking is allowed on the porch only and is not permitted in the cabin

• Pets Welcome ~ $100 Non-Refundable Flat Pet Fee

•  Bring your S x S or ATV to ride the Lewis County Trail System

•  If you don't have a S x S, we have them on site for your rental needs. 

•  Bring your Snowmobiles, with direct access to the trails you can ride from your cabin 

•  If you don't have a Snowmobile, we have them on site for your rental needs

• Full access to our sister property where you can canoe, walk private roads and enjoy nature

• Relax in a remote screen house on a hill with a spectacular view of Otter Creek

• Walk to the point and have a cookout and campfire while enjoying our large screen house with a remote view

• Wi-fi is included.
