THE FALLS CABIN

{Cabin 4} was renovated in the Spring of 2016. It is now a charming 2-story, 2 bedroom, 1 full bath cabin with the following features:

* Rate based on 6 person capacity.  

• 2 upstairs bedrooms - 1 bedroom w/ a queen bed & a twin bed; 2nd bedroom 1 full bed & 1 twin bed

• A relaxing front porch with Views of Otter Creek

• Dining area, living room, and full-service kitchen equipped w/ a Keurig, dinnerware, appliance & cooking utensils

• This cozy cabin is heated with a propane fireplace

• Gas grill & charcoal grill available for outdoor cooking (don’t forget your charcoal)  

• Fire pit area with ample seating (firewood for the fire pit is available for $25 a stack)

• Towels and Linens are provided

• $135 cleaning fee per stay

• Smoking is allowed on the porch only and is not permitted in the cabins

• Pets Welcome ~ $100 Non-Refundable Flat Pet Fee
